  3. Needs:  Windows 3.1 or higher.  2 Mb free drive space for files.
  4. A browser to view finished web pages.  A paint or photo program
  5. to size and covert images to .GIF format if you want images. 
  6. Should run ok on as little as 4 Mb RAM memory and in any common
  7. Windows resolution from 640 x 480 up.  PK UNZIP 1.0 or higher.

  18. A Windows Write 3.1 "readme" file that contains the instructions
  19. for using the program (readme.wri).

  21. No coding or experience with HTML code is required to work with or
  22. use this program.  Web pages are created by pushing buttons, calling
  23. up file names and entering text.  You then import the various elements
  24. and create a finshed HTML page with the push of a button.

  26. Supports GIFs, WAVs, E-mail, URL (internet) addresses.

  28. Saves display text to a .TXT file which can be imported into spell checkers,
  29. grammar checkers and word processors for error correction.
